National Training Survey

The Medical Board of Australia (The Board) will run a National Training Survey to better understand the quality of medical education in Australia.  This is planned to commence in 2019 and will be conducted annually thereafter.  In the future there are plans for a survey for supervisors as well.

The Board and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APRHA) will contract an external company to administer the survey and neither The Board nor AHPRA will receive any information that identifies individuals.  The questions for the survey are currently being developed by expert advisors and other stakeholders.  Later in 2018 and early 2019 they will be asking for more advice in regard to the questions.
