Performance Feedback and Coaching

An interactive training day building coaching and feedback skills utilising the GROW method. The day will focus on coaching to improve work performance and building relationships.

This full day interactive workshop will focus on building skills of feedback and coaching and will include time for discussions and practice.  The day will be led by Marianne Stacy.

At the completion of the workshop participants will have:

  • Enhanced skills in holding effective performance conversations regarding clinical training.
  • Developed coaching skills for improved performance using a solution focussed approach.
  • Improved confidence in providing feedback.

Target Audience: Medical Education Officers, Directors of Clinical Training, Directors of Medical Services Directors of General Practice Training and Clinical Supervisors.

About the facilitator: Marianne is a coaching psychologist with extensive experience in SA Health as well as private sector organisations.  She brings a practical, evidence based approach to facilitation, ensuring that workshops are positive, engaging and focus on real issues.   Having previously worked in SA Health for over 6 years, Marianne has a genuine understanding of the issues facing leaders in the health system.  As well as her qualifications in psychology, Marianne trained as a leadership coach at The George Washington University and continues her professional development to ensure she brings the most current research and practice to her clients.
